Diagnostic Capabilities
After Your Physical Exam
Once your physical examination is complete, you'll receive all signed forms and documentation required by your school or sports organization. If any health issues are identified that require follow-up, we'll provide clear recommendations and can coordinate with your primary care physician. Most students are cleared for full participation, but if additional evaluation is needed, we'll guide you through the next steps. Keep a copy of your physical form for your records, as many schools and organizations require them to be filed annually.
