Medical Services
True Compassion Urgent Care provides urgent care medical services on a walk-in basis. We do not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Our services are intended to treat acute, non-life-threatening conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service or transfer care if we determine that your condition requires emergency care or specialized treatment beyond our scope of practice.
Patient Responsibilities
As a patient, you agree to:
- •Provide accurate and complete medical history information
- •Bring valid identification and insurance information (if applicable)
- •Follow treatment instructions and ask questions if you don't understand
- •Treat our staff and other patients with respect
- •Comply with all clinic policies and procedures
Payment & Billing
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. For insured patients, copays are due at the time of service.
We verify insurance benefits before treatment and provide upfront billing estimates. However, the final amount may vary based on services rendered and your insurance coverage.
You are responsible for all charges not covered by your insurance, including deductibles, co-insurance, and non-covered services.
For billing inquiries, please contact: claims@dzbmedical.com
